Bilirubin (Total, Direct, Indirect): It is a yellow pigment produced when red blood cells break down. Direct bilirubin is related to liver function, while indirect bilirubin facilitates the breakdown of red blood cells. High levels of total bilirubin levels may indicate liver disease or bile duct obstruction.

SGPT (Serum Glutamic Pyruvic Transaminase) and SGOT (Serum Glutamic-Oxaloacetic Transaminase): These are liver enzymes also known as Alanine Aminotransferase / ALT and Aspartate Aminotransferase / AST, high levels of these enzymes can indicate liver damage or disease.

Total Protein, Albumin, Globulin, A/G Ratio: Total protein measures the overall protein content in the blood. Albumin is produced by the liver and low levels can indicate liver disease. Globulin is a group of proteins, and the A/G ratio provides insights into liver and kidney function.

Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP): A high level of ALP can be seen in conditions affecting the bile ducts or bones. It can help identify liver or bone disorders.

LDH (Lactate Dehydrogenase): Elevated LDH levels can suggest liver or heart disease.

GGT (Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase): GGT with high levels can indicate liver or bile duct issues.

HbsAg: This parameter is linked with the hepatitis B virus. A positive result may indicate a current or past hepatitis B infection.

Cholesterol and Triglyceride: They are lipid profiles that are relevant in liver function as high levels can be linked to fatty liver disease.

CBC (Complete Blood Count): This parameter assesses various components of the blood, which can indirectly reflect liver health such as anemia, which can be related to liver diseases.

PT (Prothrombin Time): This measures blood clotting. Dysfunctioning of the liver can lead to abnormal PT.
